    Bumper/Headlight gap

This gap seems to be getting worse. Anyone have tips on fixing it?

Did you replace the white plastic brackets? Mine were in terrible shape.

Probably lost your foam. If the white bracket is slid in too inboard, it can cause the bumper to crease a bit, though I've never seen it as bad as yours. Try loosening the bracket a little and pull the bumper outboard.

Looks like prior bump damage is creeping back.
Visit your local garden store and buy one of those squishy kneeling pads.
Cut a couple of sections to wedge above the bumper supports.
center them on the bumper supports.
Remove the head lights and flashers for access.
Behind the cover is a rubber strip on the trailing edge which may need to be reattached using silicone adhesive.
There should be some factory pads sitting on the bumper supports. They may have come loose or been lost. These support/align the bumper cover.
The kneeling pad material is slightly thicker but compressible.

This happened to me when i replaced the bumper, you need foam and heat gun to warp it back in place
