It's pulley, injector, manifold, and exhaust limited.

The blower is good for around 20 psi as per Vortech.

You'd have to build around it and it's not worth it.

The most I've ever seen recorded with a stock intake manifold was around 420 whp on E85 but I have some speculations.

I made 410whp on a Mustang dyno which should be well over 420 on a dynojet. That's on California 91 too.

I read some guys thread where he claims he made 500whp.

I haven't had any issues with the manifold yet, my issue has been injector size and tuning. I tried to run the ID1050s but the ECU was fighting us. So I'm stuck on the 440s and limited by injector atm.

I'm probably going to end up going with the AEM Infinity, still researching options. This is on a 3.85" pulley and Supersprint 63.5mm exhaust. I'm barely making 7psi, so there's plenty left in it.

Yo where did you get the pulley from?

I'm finalizing my build with refreshed 440's, upgraded fuel pump, RMS stepped headers, and tuning with Hasan on 93.

        Goal is 450 whp lol.

ZPE, Pulley, Supercharger Pulley, Grip, Grip Pulley, GripTec, Boost Pulley, Best Pulley, Upgrade Pulley, Magnuson, SLP, Roush, Whipple, Procharger

Let me know how it goes. Headers actually make you lose a bit of PSI, so after I opened up my exhaust I was making less boost than anticipated. The good thing about the Griptec setup is it's easy to go to a smaller pulley.

            Sweet!

            Thanks man.

What did you calculate the 3.85 pulley to make boost wise?

I think I was told I was intake manifold limited to around 8 psi.

              Factory Dinan pulley is 4.10"

I figured losing .25" would be about 2-3 PSI, but after the exhaust it ended up being more like 1.5

I think once I get the fuel sorted out I'll try a 3.6" pulley, that should get me 8 PSI or so. I realize the VF kits run 10 PSI, but I'd rather work my way up. The car is fast as shit as it is.

Karbonius is actually making me a factory style intake manifold out of forged carbon fiber, so I won't have the stock manifold for long anyway.

Does anyone have the Dinan "Boost Upgrade Kit" for this setup? Or know what the pulley diameter is?
