HPF M3 Oil outside intake to turbo

I just picked up this HPF M3 and while cleaning the air filter I noticed oil in the intake. Is this amount of Oil bad, what is the easiest way to remove if not harmful. Also what is supposed to cover the air filter where the two empty screw holes are located.

Are you sure you don't have a valve cover gasket leak that's leaking onto the intake tube to the turbo and seeping into the silicone coupler that attaches to the turbo inlet?

Typically turbos when they have an oil leak they don't leak in the front part of the turbo the inlet. They would leak in the outlet in the charge pipes going to your intake manifold

It may very well be. I have not seen any oil or leaks and I just cleaned the ICV and throttle bodies and it looks like my car puked a fair deal of oil up. Was looking to get the Diff bushings replaced this week but dont feel comfortable driving it with the amount of oil that was on the ground
