I'd be interested if you got 5 more slots. You mentioned he may be interested in an SMG core - I have an SMG wheel in decent shape (60k miles), but would want to buy a manual wheel since I converted. If more slots open up you think you could check if he'd want an SMG core and how much $ that'd be worth?

    Updated and added to note.

We're up to 8/10, 2x more and this is a go.

Edit: 10/10! This got filled. I asked Tainik if he can do 5x more.

Looks like he has some 9002 products on his ebay page. Either way, this is a great deal and I appreciate you bringing the discount to us!
Agreed, I have 9040 on the E9X but that was the period correct OEM fabric.

He uses a specific multi layered Alcantara for steering wheels and says 9002 isn’t available to fit his sewing machines.

    You’re welcome!

Unfortunately it’s always a challenge getting the right info out of Dimitri.

He initially said plain leather was never done on E46, than combo was done, than plain was done on E39 2000+, same wheel as an E46 M3 6spd.

As questions are asked, options evolve and I cannot edit listings options once they are launched.

All specs and options will be validated at invoicing. There are no price changes for any of them - that is confirmed.

Thanks for confirming - not sure how I didn't spot the posts on page 1.

Euroconnex description says alcantara or nappa leather perforated. EuroConnex pictures show 3 options of 1) alcantara 2) nappa leather plain or 3) nappa leather perforated

Post #1 says 3 options. Post #6 says SMG wheels are perforated, then says whatever you want.

Go to checkout on EuroConnex and you're just buying nappa leather - who knows which.

I converted my car so I have an SMG wheel that I wouldn't mind returning as a core. Any idea on what that would bring the price to for a manual wheel?

No core needed He’d probably do it for SMG as they are tough to source.

Bummer, thanks for trying. I guess ledermanz is the last option then.
