331k Mile ZHP "Zip" 5/4 ZHP Picking away at it

So this has been rotting street parked since the last update. Ordered the parts and the special crank hub tool. I have been busy, but finally got an evening and went to town. It took me 2.5 evenings in total but it is alive again. Wife has started calling it the "Zip" instead of ZHP so that seems like it'll stick.

Got some new guides, in there all new gaskets, new tensioner spring, engine mounts and a good used steering coupler. This one was properly bad.

This car is no longer at a standstill can slowly start picking away at it again

Also we found some ZHP wheels for it

So far so good on this guy, replaced the valve cover gasket. M54 is a decently happy camper, we have been driving it around a lot more. So much so the window regulator broke, so also fixed that. So next projects are removing the horrifically failing tint and fixing the A/C. Which unfortunately will be before fixing the fairly fucked suspension. I also need to source a lower mileage ZHP muffler, this one is showing its age and I believe the bank 2 cat is clogged. Fuel trims are wonky there, it has a LOT of heat and it still doesn't like high load.

But it's getting there.
