Need to get my airbag recall done. Any recommendations on a bmw dealer? Fremont and mountain view are my closest options

I used Mtn View last year - hate dealers - but they were fine (read: didn't screw anything up). I did remove the dash trim before dropping it off, just in case.

You can also get them to come to you. Mountain View is generally regarded as a place to avoid. I've had good experiences at Fremont and Peter Pan BMW in San Mateo. Steven's Creek is hit or miss but I think they do the most volume?Comment
