Ok so its basically a manual swap but only half way, add in a clutch pedal but still let the car shift the gears. So I control the clutch and the car controls the trans. I have tried researching this but couldn't find anything (maybe for a good reason?). I actually do enjoy the SMG but being able to actuate the clutch myself would be way better, also it just seems like a cool and unique idea. It seems doable but I am concerned about the tuning of the car. With a normal manual swap you can also just swap DMEs and me fine but there is no tune for this idea so I wanted to get your guys thoughts as well as previous experience with manual swapping. Work would likely be done by a shop and not myself.
