How can I modify the 'Date of manufacture' field in the INPA for DME MSS54?

Hello.

Last week, I modified the VIN of a spare MSS54HP DME and reset the AIF field values.
I inputted the VIN, vehicle manufacture date, software number, authority number, etc., using Tool32,
but I don't know how to input the 'Date of manufacture' field, so it appears as ?? / ??.

Also, upon checking now, I realized that the Production Number has also been lost.
I would like to know how to input it. ;(

If anyone knows how to modify this field, please help me out.
