Shark Injector v2 for e46 m3 - smog compliant?

looking to see if anyone in CA has the shark injector v2 for the e46 m3 and if it has passed smog. I have the original on my other e46 and it passes without any issues. But wasn’t sure about the new v2?

The Shark Injector V2 for the E46 M3 is not CARB-approved, so it is not guaranteed to pass California smog. Some users may have passed by chance, but it’s not legally compliant.
