Finally had time to do a video of what I am talking about

here is a non modified file opened with your tool with zero changes made and saved and it writes all these random changes into the file. It does this randomly and not all the time but I have noticed it does this most often on a file that has had other hex modifications done by hand. But also happens to stock files randomly.

That's an old version. Grab the latest and re-try.

Some of the seemly 'random' changes may be down to rounding done in the software but that's hardly an issue when the changes are so minor.
