MSS54 Canbus info

On M3forums there were several posts with deciphered Arbids for the MSS54 both on the main canbus and also on the SMG secondary canbus. There was also information on how to turn on certain Arbids on the secondary canbus and the clock speeds of that canbus. Did anyone save this information?

You set K_CAN_MESS1 through to K_CAN_MESS6 01 from memory, I can't remember what extra ARBIDs were spat out though.
