I did some testing this past weekend with some send cut send made brake deflectors. Pretty simple, just need to notch the upper corners for clearance. Mounted to the control arm with a heavy duty zip tie. I've seen some deflectors available but never seen any actual results. Love that when tuners sell stuff that they don't know if it actually works. Should work, probably works, no idea why it wouldn't work...but never actually made sure it works.
Right side had a deflector, left side had nothing. I used a IR thermometer to measure rotor temps after a session.
Session 1 - L 325F, R - 248F
Session 2 - L 395F, R - 323F
Session 3 - L - 469F, R - 404F
About a 65-70 degree difference which I think is really good from what I could find on the google machine. I think it will get better when I install splitter tunnels.
