Received my cluster yesterday. Could not be happier. Seller is super responsive! The install was super simple to do, just take your time and wear gloves to prevent getting plastic oily. One thing I found out after, which may be helpful, is after you remove the screws from back of cluster, lightly pull off the two black knobs off before removing and everything will come apart nicely.

Instructions for install? How hard is it

You remove the instrument cluster from the car (2 screws holding it in place). Unplug connectors, and unscrew a couple more screws to take the plastic cover off.

Once the cover is off, you can just remove the old insert which is held in place by a little plastic dowel type thing which can break very easily.

I would say the most difficult part about the install is mainly just trying to be gentle with the delicate pieces of plastic that have weakened from all of the UV cycling.
