I recently installed a BlueBus in my car and have no need for this anymore. It's some bluetooth adapter that I got on eBay. Plugs into the back of your radio and emulates the CD changer. Audio quality is fine but nothing special.
I did mess around with it a while back and ended up breaking off the mic input, so handsfree doesn't really work anymore.

Apparently it's not compatible with nav.
