you and me both. (I have a M3 ZCP 6mt that started with the base Dinan (S3) kit and everything else on the car has been modified since - but not having an intercooler is a pisser. (despite the max, custom tuned power with the current setup)

Back to OP, GLWS, and maybe I should consider getting your kit and sell my current Dinan SC kit.

I don't have the sticker but I'm pretty sure Dinan can send you one if you prove that you have the kit.

Dinan stage 3 was never CA legal, and this kit will not pass smog in California. I've spoken to Dinan extensively about it.

Just don't want anyone getting their hopes up.

He is correct. Supercharger is not CARB compliant. I went down this rabbit hole years ago when I was shopping FI. Ultimately went ESS. I thought it would good for resale due to 50 state legal but then I found out it wasn’t so that was that.

That's interesting, I assumed it was legal due to all the S3r kit cars that are in Cali.

It was supposed to be, but I guess Vortech dropped the ball and never finished getting it certified. Dinan said they tried a few things but ultimately gave up.

If you had a S3 car Steve was smogging them at the Mountain View shop from what I understand.
