Good luck — I just went through the same exercise and ended up buying new front and rear kits for my E39 M5. It hurt a bit but the used value isn't really there and no one is selling them anyway. Fresh rotors and pads are close enough to half the price of a new kit (which includes them) unless you go Girodisc.

fwiw you should be able to get somewhere around 5%+ off the MAP price of a new kit after shipping and no stores I checked seemed interested in charging me sales tax.

Sorry, I just saw your comment.

I agree with you. I am wondering if there are any sales that happen during the year like Black Friday, etc where I can strike and get a great deal on a new kit.

I found someone that can get me a new kit for $3800 shipped.

Still hoping that I can come across a used kit.

If interested, I have an ST40 355x32 front kit with multiple pads, kit was barely used.

        Youtube DIYs and more

All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.

PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

Hey, thanks but it has to be a Brembo GT kit. I have Brembo GT rears. I don’t want to mismatch the setup and prefer Brembo.
