Is this stock m variable? Or different limited slip? If so what kind, possibly interested if not stock M variable

I was told by the PO that this was a 4.10 from diffsonline. But is there a way to tell? I can pops the cover off to see if it shows anything .

Abduman, Im pretty sure you can count the splines on the ring and pinion to tell, Sid can probably give you a more clear explanation.

i think the question is what kind of 4.10 diff is inside. There’s many variations diffsonline sells.

I think fullyflarredd means is what's the actual differential. The 4.10 is the ring and pinion, the differential unit is either stock m-variable or aftermarket like os-giken or custom by diffsonline possibly

He is asking what type of lsd/center section it is.
4.10 is just the ratio of the ring and pinion gears

I wouldn't just assume anything, you can easily verify its a 4.1 just counting rotation

I’ve taken some pictures with the diff cover removed. Some numbers I saw I took pics of. Hopefully someone can help me figure out exactly what this one is. I’m leaning towards m variable .

I really appreciate the pics with the cover removed. Unfortunately I genuinely have no idea how to identify it lol.

                            Looks like a V1 M variable differential
