Is this the one that allows you to code in the single tap 3 flashes on the blinker? Similar to the newer BMW's? If i recall correctly its a specific hardware/firmware revision that was released in 2005/2006

No, you need an LCM that's SW4.0 or SW4.5 for that. Although if you wanted to, you could look for one that is SW3.6 and update it via BDM to SW4.5.
