The only flaw on it is partial break of one of the mounting ears, but will not affect ability to mount or properly secure the console as it still have enough meat there to clamp it with the screw.

It comes with original BMW paperwork and peel-able template to cut the panel for the convertible version, and will ship in original BMW shipping box with its part number.
