Silly question but would you happen to know if the harness/plugs/wires/etc are the same or compatible with the Eonon units? I have a older Eonon that the screen no longer responds to touch and would like to replace it with this, and wondering if its an easy swap (I'm horrible and hate dealing with wiring and car electronics diy). I only have the factory HK sound system and a backup cam plugged up to it.
