Has anybody ordered these for their CSL? How are they finding them?

Probably worth shooting a PM to "alexk" as he has OHLINS suspension fitted to his Swiss CSL :smokin:

His Ohlins are nothing like the "cheap" ones mentioned in this thread.....

I believe Mr Alexk is sporting the TTX kit - will PM anyways. Thanks.

Did anyone install the R&T kit in the end ?

I'm in the process of fitting the R/T kit now. Spring rates seem a bit low compared to other kits at 70nm front 110nm rear (separate spring/shock). Does anyone know how to compare the rear spring rate to one on a full coilover ie intrax @ 50 or 60nm rear?

Rates ratio front to rear seem to be vanilla m3, usually firmer at rear.

Being Ohlins the damping should be good.

Due to the position of the spring (closer to the rotation point?)???

Calculate it using distance from pivot point.

I would say 110 will be ballpark 50-60 equivalent as a rough finger in air.

Is it a barrel spring, 110 might be the max as barrel springs are usually progressive. The separate rears with nitron were 45/80/110 progressive.

Does anyone know the standard spring rates for the CSL?

That is the holy grail, I've searched the whole inter web and haven't found the answer.

I think front and rear are progressive.

Have you tried an email to Sachs?
