I agree, it'll be fine - however the next poor SOB who has to remove it will be in for a treat!

                  Bumping.

Trying to remove my shaft seal since last night. My seal is not flush with the bore. It's deeper and I'm having such a pain trying to pry it out with no success. I'm able to grab little pieces of the rubber and try to pry them forward.

Now it seems that I can insert a pick between the shaft and the seal and I'm trying to pry it out from there and it's still not budging.

Trying again tonight hopefully I haven't scored the bore since I've been working at it.

Thank you so much Cal! Your guides are always so helpful. I recently installed the Rogue Octane SSK and love the results thus far, and this is a perfect compliment piece of work!

Just what I need, Thanks Cal. Mine is leaking very badly.

also do you know if the seal below the output shaft is known to leak too. I can't tell if it is just leakage coming down from the selector shaft or separate.
