You are less than 100miles away, that counts a close on this board...

Depending on time of day that could be a 6 hour drive. :becauseLAtraffic:

50 miles at 5 miles an hour......I don't want to drive the e36 without gauges. I'll have no idea what the coolant temp is.

Fair enough. You deserve sympathy for having to live in the great sprawl.

Lots of stuff is reman for these cars either by BMW or usually outsourced after production ends. The company my dad works for does a lot of the Bosch stuff. They also did a rebuild of my old cluster.

                1. Bullshit.

                2. I will admit it's a long drive timewise, so call em up and see if you can ship em the cluster. Shouldn't cost more than a few $$$ via FedEx Ground, and they'll probably have it there overnight.

                3. You could just have the car towed up there and towed back. AAA offers four 100-mile tows each year for $125...

Thanks Roland. It is bullshit. I already ordered a replacement. I'll ship my broken one to them to see if I can resell or reinstall it.

That looks like the delamination issue. The glue hold the gauge faces shits over long periods of time. Search for Braymonds fix. It isn't hard, but the cluster does have to come apart
