    hey i heard that the sedan is differnt fromt he coupe in stiffness, anyone know?

    I would think it would have to be stiffer due to structural metal behind the rear seats, and the additional pillar between the doors. But I don't Know this...just heard it like you.

      The backsteats pop right out.

      Yeah, good idea, but I won't try that. Hey, how is your M3 so bright. Was there alot of sun that day? I like it. I need my hood repainted. What wax do you use

        Sedan = stiffer

        Sedan = 4 doors

        Coupe - 2 doors

        Coupe - Same length, width, weight of Sedan.

        I'd say more is better in this situation, 4 doors are better than 2.

          Haha i feel sorry for you if a M3 is the gas efficient car in your family. It costs me about 25+ bucks to fill mine up with 93 octane gas @ 1.85 a gallon that gets me about 300 miles if i'm lucky per tank. The car is a bone stock 97 sedan gets about 21 mpg on average over the trip.

          My 91 SER on the other hand gets 31 mpg and gets 300 miles per gallon on 10 gallons or less of gas that costs me 15 bucks.

          News flash!! German cars are not made primary for fuel efficiency. Japasnese cars have a corner on that. Our 535i & Mercede are about the same as the M3. We own & drive them for their handling, even without a decent cup holder. eace:
