No, I’m going off of calculations based on fuel levels and miles driven. The change was apparent when my drives between Houston and Austin, which usually used six gallons, could be done with about four gallons consistently.

A factory E46 M3 is rated at 24 highway. Yes, if you are traveling from high elevation to low elevation with little to no throttle input and you reset your trip while you are on the highway, you might see 30+, but that is not the norm. You'd be lucky to see 24-26 normal highway driving.

The four gallon trip after all of the modifications/refresh was done at least 20 times in both directions. This is the exact same trip that used six gallons prior for years, both the silver and blue M3s. Miles driven using GPS, and fuel used by looking at OBD data and how much fuel was needed to refill back to a full tank. Not sure what to tell ya…if you don’t want to believe it that’s fine.

Supercharger checking in, my car drinks gas like a college freshman drinks beer, fast and hard. Wouldn't have it any other way. Actually all my cars drink gas like a MFer.
