    Either the 2nd synch is tight the way it is (the SMG hydraulic actuator was strong in moving it, and of course the driver never known it was tight or loose), or the clutch is not fully released. Did you rolling down the driveway test for the clutch stopper?

    80% of times I pulled out of gear using no clutch -- match the rev and it came out smoothly.

      ill try that tomorrow when I get some time.. thanks for the advice.

      considering the trany is at 65k, I highly doubt and pray its not something internal as I'm suspecting it would cause issues at this point (I hope)... crossing fingers its something I did or didn't do.

        Someone mentioned to double bleed the clutch.. might have some air stuck in thr line... maybe thats the issue. Ill try that as well
