Weighted and illuminated shift knobs

It's right there in his post (weighted leather stock height, not shorter style, and you have to get it rewrapped and install light and emblem as stated in the previous post):

I don't think you're getting it-
The 25117896884 part number is a tall, weighted, non-illuminated, leather wrapped knob.

You buy this part, get the illumination guts from another knob, swap the leather for alcantara and you've got exactly what you asked for.
