    Alright gents; update time:

I got lucky and was able to get on the Dyno today. Buddy of mines shop had it wide open and I convinced him to have Hassan and I try to work this out.

We got it on there and immediately saw that it was WAY too rich in the lower RPM range. Hassan believes it has a lot to do with my section 1 pipe and the additional crossover going on there, not in a stock location. On my setup it was just dumping fuel and choking under 2k RPM.

He adjusted the fuel maps and within 2 test runs trying to replicate the issue, it was completely fixed.

So, moral of the story here, get your airbox installed, waste no time and have Hassan at HTE_Performance_Tuning dial your car in. Every car is different and this proved that, no matter what these are finicky especially with the airbox and nothing beats getting it on the dyno. Once you’re there Hassan will work his magic.

Not only is the car incredibly smooth, buck free and no wild Broncos trying to tarnish my CSL airbox experience, I’m putting down 330WHP/266WTQ with an insanely linear power band all the way through redline.

Massive massive thanks to HassanEido for helping me out essentially overnight, helping me troubleshoot the problem and also tune me on the fly to sort this thing out. Hopefully this thread will live on for future people researching this issue and save themself the hassle and at least start by getting a proper tune before delving deeper into the rabbit hole of other issues.

      Fuck ya told you brother.

This is why you should pretty much only go with Hassan (or Paul).

nice to hear tuning fixed it up!
curious to see if switching section 1s would affect power in any way or if it's just a matter of adjusting fueling

I am curious on this as well. I was hoping I didn’t want to change out the section 1 because it sounds great, but I may still do this just to gather some further data. Who knows, I’ve been wanting to try out Rogues new section 1 rasp pipe.

If you try out Rogues new rasp pipe are you going to replace the stock section 2 with a 2.5 supersprint? The new RE sec 1 is 2.5".

I think I could squeeze some more power if I did that likely so it would be nice. The thing is, Hassan tuned it with the double crossover in mind (being that I have two crossovers currently, one in the section 1 and one in the section 2 stock pipe), so, I’m unsure if I switch it up how it’ll behave without another dyno, will have to test it out.

Rogues rasp pipe is a little different, it doesn’t have an H pipe per se it’s more of a little muffler in the section 1. Not sure if it’ll have the same effect.

Does the HTE tune still utilize the MAP sensors? or is it a Alpha N tune?

Yep running Map sensor here. He does recommend to a lot of people to run Alpha N since it's inherently a little less expensive, but can tune both just as well.
