Yea it's not like there are endless options. If you want 18s and you want forged in Japan, pretty much just get RIAs. Hopefully they will bring out some more size options soon for other wheels. Or you can get TE37s, places like Evasive can get you those. You can order Forgeline wheels in nearly whatever size you want, just be prepared for sticker shock. List price on the set of GTD1s Pete at Speed Academy put on his E46 was over $6k. If you can be okay with 19s for a street car, there's a ton more options.

I recently saw mention that maybe they could be talked into another run... I might be interested in a set of staggered 18s.
        18" staggered RACs, you say?

Sadly, I don't think another group buy is viable. 35+ plus people willing to drop $4000 on a set of wheels doesn't seem to be a thing at this point in the chassis' life.

        Maybe in another decade

I just stumbled upon these as well: https://www.litespeedracing.com/rs5 Around 15-16lbs per wheel and $7,200 for a set. Based in LA, not sure on the mfg location.

Does BBS make custom sets of the FI-R? those are in the 16-17lb range
