    Fluid Extractor/Filler

Besides Schwaben or the brand that FCP Euro carries I was just curious if anyone is using anything different? Also if anyone is using one tool that does both extraction and filling or prefers two tools keeping them separate.

I use mityvac products and use a separate one for extractor and dispenser.

I use the Motive filler and a cheap harbor freight air operated brake bleeder to suck fluid up. Mostly use it to suck PS fluid from the reservoir

          I have this one

It's pretty good but in hindsight, it would be nice to have one you can connect to an air pump instead of having to pump it manually, wait for a bit while it drains, pump it again, repeat... honestly that part is pretty annoying.

Schwaben/ECS have one that you can pump or connect to air supply, I think it's a bit more expensive and it also has nozzles/attachments to do other things like bleed brakes/etc.

I use just the pump Schwaben one, I pump it up 10 times, go grab some lunch and it sucks it all out. I used to stand there watching it and when I felt like it slowed down I would keep pumping like non stop. Discovered I just needed to be patient.

I bought this one 5 or 6 years ago and it's been worth every dime for my "fleet". Trans service, P/S fluid exchanges, differential services where there's no drain plug, etc. It even came with adapters to use it as a vacuum source. I used it for that purpose in locating a leak in the hvac switching mechanism in my old F-250 that had decided to only blow air out of the defrost vents.

When it gets full, I just toss it in the truck and roll it into the nearest parts place to recycle the used oil. Easy peasy.
