2002 325i wagon - 146k miles, lives outside, car seats in the back - generally gets abused. I'll be throwing the snows on in the next few weeks.

2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 197,000k and leaking fluids from every orfice imaginable but it gets through these NE winters like a champ.

I recently replaced the front drive shaft for about $600, that is about half the market value of my daily driver.

I have a beater 328i. Torn seats, faded/peeling paint, dents everywhere. But it’s a 5 speed with the sport package and up to date on maintenance. I love that it’s a complete POS that I don’t have to worry about parking anywhere, but is still reliable and fun to drive.

a 2003 honda element awd. its perfect in the sense that it just goes forward, brakes and turns, with minimal maintenance and 87 octane gas. when i hop in the e46 i appreciate the driving/drifting experience just that much more.

So I had my '99 Explorer ready for winter daily duties, but it currently won't go into reverse anymore. Guess I'm toughing it out in the M3 this winter. It could be worse 😀

You can find them posted for $2k all day but they aren't really worth more than ~$1k... look around send some messages and you will find a motivated/trapped seller.
