Weird genuine euro M3 front bumper?

I have an OEM Euro bumper from ECS Tuning sitting in a box in my garage. Now I have to take it out and ensure it's an OEM part, making me nervous.

probably an isolated incident for the bumper but it does bring to question how (if at all) ECS/turner inspects returned goods before reselling them. a second bumper is on its way but I'm having to twist some arms to get them to remedy the issue of me having to pay the shop for paint twice now. I would've got the bumper from FCP if they carried it- could've avoided this whole headache.

Fun little update for you all: ECS will not refund me for the knockoff bumper I received because it has been painted/modified. =)

Hopefully they’re doing something, because that’s just unacceptable. ECS has gone from ok to about the worst company for BMW enthusiast to do business with.

File a cc claim stating they sold you was a misrepresentation of what you bought.

Regarding ECS, I don't know why anyone would purchase anything from them going forward as it's become a fool me once, twice, thrice company now.
