Seems like too much play for a new bearing and hub

I just pressed in a new rear wheel bearing and hub. Both parts were purchased from a BMW dealer. This seems like an awful lot of play to me. Can someone who has done this job please weigh in?

Never mind. I have discovered my mistake. Still learning the hard way.

Ignorance on my part. The inner bearing race must be supported when installing the hub. Seems obvious in hindsight.
