Talked to 2M Autowerks today. $2000 covers the installation AND the removal + reinstallation of front and rear glass. Going to get started with the install next week.
Also, they are going to use my slicktop headliner to make a mold and start producing slicktop headliners. So everyone that wants a headliner should have access to them soon.

Most aftermarket roof will have a cosmetic layer (1x1) then either multiple layers of a heavier 2x2 cloth or 1x1, 2x2 core, 2x2. This way is far cheaper in terms of materials, labor, and minimizing mistakes..
