That is so cheap.. these shops usually subcontract glass work usually $500 because they have to remove and install. I also didn’t see panel bond glue mentioned.. that stuff isn’t cheap either. They are basically doing it for $1000 after it’s all said and done.
$200 to R&R a windshield and rear window. Maybe $300 max.
You pay a lot for the really good shops in our area, that's for sure...$3500 minimum for the CF roof job is what I've been consistently quoted along with many shops just flat out refusing to do the work.
What can you do
At least our cars don't get broken into. Unless you live in Norcross
They're living that California life where everything is 100 miles away from you
Im so tilted and jealous in the best possible way.

Not to mention these guys have probably done a ton of these conversions so cheap and good? Not sure if you guys know how lucky you are lol.

Talked to 2M Autowerks today. $2000 covers the installation AND the removal + reinstallation of front and rear glass. Going to get started with the install next week.
Also, they are going to use my slicktop headliner to make a mold and start producing slicktop headliners. So everyone that wants a headliner should have access to them soon.

Who said anything about $4k? What is that in reference to?
I will say that I am buying a new OEM windshield, new front and rear windshield trim, a CSL roof bow, and a new front windshield cowl. Gonna try to do all the other trim at the same time as well.
Their roof is $2k and the labor figure they and others keep saying is another $2k
What I want to know is, for $4k plus tax, do you have to provide ANY parts? Or is that a complete arrive and drive type of thing?

Oh well then…that’s interesting. Good move as the oem headliners are now NLA.
