The Megan Racing headers are back in stock on Ebay for $355 for anyone contemplating. As far as I know they didn't have fitment issues.

Sure they're Megan and all, but people have made good power with them. And sure the fit and finish aren't perfect, and the gaskets that come with it are trash so you'll need to buy bmw parts, but for the do-it-yourself-er its a great deal for $300 IMHO.
