Part no. help

I have been having issues identifying these two parts, one is a little flap that hangs down just in front of the rear wheels and the other a plug near the lower trunk latch.

On man..I forgot to even look for a part # on the part itself.
The Pass. side "flap" is:

Yeah, I had to replace one side myself, broken somehow.

Do you know what fasteners were holding that piece on? I can see two of 51118174185 on the RealOEM diagram, but I see that there are three attachment points on each one.

I was missing one of the two plastic rivets, it's uses two of those and then I had one of the heatshield screws securing the third hole.
That's how it was since I have owned the car and it seemed correct to me.
