LW Flywheel Chatter after clutch is engaged

So I have never driven a car with a flywheel a little less than 50% of stock flywheel weight. I know there is supposed to be chatter. It kinda sounds like a higher pitch rod knock or that dieselly sound. I just did my rod bearings, new bolts, proper torque sequence so no issue there. Throwout and pilot bearings are new.

Basically in lower gears and low rpm I get the chatter. I freaked out and pulled over real quick because I thought it was a knock. The whole chatter thing didn't cross my mind because I was worried about my car.

How I know it's chatter is when I was downshifting to make sure the CSL software didn't hiccup, from 5th to 4th was fine, and from 4th to 3rd was ok until I started slowing down and became more prevalent as I slowed the rpm. I noticed on the drive home as I was upshifting it was gone as I hit about 35mph in 5th. It didn't really chatter as much on the way back at all, even at idle in my garage.

I'm fine with the noise if it's a normal occurrence for a flywheel so light. I know there's going to be gear chatter. Will this go away as it breaks in or is it there to stay? Can heat cause this to be morw prominent on our cars? What have you guys experienced with this?

It's the JB Racing Lightweight flywheel with a stock LUK clutch disk and pressure plate.

My phone wasn't picking up the sound very well so I have this video as a good comparison.

Mine chatters a lot, it can be hit or miss, sometimes it's quiet. A lot of times I think it's the transmission input shaft bearing which isn't commonly serviceable.

It's obvious it's not knock because pressing the clutch makes it all go away.

Mine being an SMG, it makes it more difficult to know when the clutch is engaged or not. I'm genuinely surprised on how loud it is. My trans does have serviceable input bearing if I'm not mistaken. The only time I ever though about it was when I was considering a 6MT since a different bellhousing is sent generally.
