After installing 550cc injectors and getting a custom tune, the fuel consumption does not display correctly. How can this be corrected ?

I just received my order of top and bottom OE o-rings from FCP, but will just only change the nozzle side o-rings when my injectors come in if the fuel rail side ones dont need to be changed
The fuel rail side does not need to be changed. Fits out of the box.

The o-ring on the nozzle side of the factory injectors fits onto the new ones without issue.
The o-ring supplied with the 063 injectors should not be used. It's possible to push it into the groove, but the OD will increase from 14,4 mm (on factory injectors o-ring) to 16,15. It may be possible to push it into the bore on the itb assembly, but it could be very annoying to remove again after some heat cycles.

The extension of the nozzle into the itb assembly barely changes from stock injector (17,45 mm) to 063 (17,28 mm). Spray pattern is V-Shape on both. So after removing the plastic disk, it should be more or less the same.

The nozzle side o-ring is BMW part 13647830611 spec'd at ID 9,3x2,62 mm.
I wasn't able to find an o-ring for the application in this size, I may order Elring 135.500, it's 9,2x2,8mm so just slightly thicker. BMW branded o-ring is over $11, which is just ridiculous.

EVERY car needs a retune if you change injector sizing, not just the E46 M3, so yes they are plug and play.

You've done global rescale by yourself? Didn't find fixed parameter for injectors capacity

    I’m talking about a tune.

I wish I knew about the TT injectors before-hand for my NA build. Ended up wasting too much time and effort with the EV14's, getting the washers from McMaster-Carr, then realizing the stock fuel rail won't work so bought a Radium Fuel Rail, then realizing they dont include any hoses or connectors and its all proprietary stuff to their kit so I had to buy that separately, so stupid.

I did the change to the other groove today with the new o-rings just like SQ13 and Gt4 are running.
I would definitely recommend doing this when using the TT injectors, may also apply to others. The o-ring position they came with is too deep, so it's already out of the bore inside the itb. See below pic, you can see a bit of damage from the inside edge. There would be a possibility of an air leak.

I’ve been using the TT injectors with OE o-rings for a year now with no issues.

Edit: Photos in posts 1-14 disappeared. Don’t know what happened, but post 15 and on should contain photos. Just realized that I didn’t start a journal on here for documentation purposes, so here we go. Current mod list: Engine/Exhaust Karbonius CSL Race airbox Supersprint V1 headers Supersprint V1 catted section 1

New o rings arrived and installed on one of the spare units I have.
See in the pic below. The installed OD of the new O-Ring is 0,3mm larger than the used OE, so that should work. I also did 2 short test drives with the new injectors with the original o ring and plastic disc. After modifying the injector size and ve table, it's running ok for a garage tune. I will swap the rest of the o rings tomorrow when it's a bit cooler. Next week it's hopefully dyno time.
