OEM style 67 square setup question

Cant figure out how to change the title to 18 SQUARE SETUP

So I've run through lots of old posts today and alot has gone over my head..

I currently run 19" CSL reps with standard OEM shocks and Tein lowering springs (all previous owner fitted)

The time has come where one of the rears needs a replacement tyre and I feel like I'm ready to see what the 18" square 9.5 OEM style67 setup I have is like.

I've read that tramlining is an issue, but it's one I can deal with and one I don't mind much..

So as most of what I've read goes quite far over my head, I'm after some help and have some questions

    1. Is the existing drop on the Tein lowering springs good for the 18s? How much lower/what drop from standard are people running on 18s?

    2. I have a second hand set of BC BRs to fit, I've read I need more camber than original to get these wheels fitted and clearing of any rubbing.

So what's the ideal setup for fast road/track? Toe, camber etc

    3. If the above is all setup for the 18's, in the occasion I want to swap back to my staggered 19 setup, will that be okay with whatever settings I have from point 2?

    4. The tyres on the wheels are currently 265/35, will these be okay?

    5. Is a 12mm spacer the right amount for the rear alloys to fit the arch nicely?

    6. How do you adjust camber on the fronts of the BC BR when you can't see two bolts?...

    Thanks!

As far as wheel fitment goes, you can use the Apex wheel fitment guide to approximate what will/wont fit: https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc...-Fitment-Guide. I feel like it would fit fine with stock camber maxed out, but probably worth double checking.
Then BuildJournal has some awesome resources that should cover the rest of your bases (ideal road/track setups: spring rates, alignment, tires, ride height etc): https://thebuildjournal.com/tech-gui...t-specs-guide/.

On my TCKs with GC camber/caster plates I'm also not able to reach all the adjustment hex bolts, but since mine have caster slides built-in I can just slide it to reach, then slide it back. For the BCs you may just have to disconnect the top of the shock to adjust settings. I think this is related to M3s having offset shock towers from the base E46s. Might be worth reaching out and confirming with BC they didn't send the wrong set?

The BC BR series has offset camber plates so you must at a minimum drop them down from the shock tower a bit in order to adjust them.
