That's not what they say. They say EVERYTHING is available to return, except something you can't get back like fuel addtitive or silicone sealant. They said if they sold tires you could return them haha. Kinda crazy. I think they're banking on people not abusing the system and instead using it for its real purpose.

More like, they are banking on people thinking they are going to use the system, so they buy all their parts from FCPEuro, but most things don’t actually wear out on the timescales most people own cars for.

Or you try to ship ship your oil back, then FedEx somehow fucks the box up and you end up with a re-bagged oily mess coming back to sender. I'm just paying for oil changes from now on. My time invested in this has negated the potential refund.

I mail back oil, and will mail back gloves. PayPal return is the key to success.

If I spent a lot of money on nice underwear with a lifetime guarantee and needed replacement, then yes I would return them if the company wanted them back for some reason. 💩

FCP's policy is no secret. They advertise it and promote it. They even have an Instagram account for it. It's a large part of the reason that many of us spend large amounts of money at FCP. But it's not mandatory, so you do you. 😁

It's a genius policy. SO much so that I ONLY buy from them. Their prices are competitive so... why not? I just wish they didn't use FedEx.
