AC issue (Help)

Need help with AC issues.
ac working fine, when turned on no issues nor while running/driving.
now when car stops and I turn the AC off revs drop and car shuts off.

No codes

has anyone seen or had this issue before.

*Possibly* Vanos related. Have you done the Vanos bulletproofing?

any recommendations for bulletproofing - a lot of info out there
