Can't you ask Paypal to cancel the order and repurchase a new kit at the discounted price? Based on the other posts, It doesn't surprise me that they are not responding to your inquiry.

I only noticed the price had reverted after the kit had already arrived. Fortunately they split up the paypal invoice into two payments for some reason, one for 298 and the other for 30 euro. So if they don't reply in the next few days I'll just claim through paypal on the 30 euro invoice which would put me close enough to the normal price.
