Clear the codes and see if they come back. I cleared mine twice and now it has been a year since I've seen them. Also take a look at this thread, in particular the post 10 as calibration is required after installing the new sensors. After you clear your codes you might want to try calibrating the old ones. I get one of those every now and then. Restart car and light is usually gone but code remains from memory.
Pretty sure when it did happen once I read the actual readings and they were definitely wrong. But a restart brought them back around. When working they are both roughly equal and go up with pedal pressure so pretty sure when they are right they are working properly. All or nothing.

Calibration is good advice. It can save you money as they do lose it over time. If you do need to replace a sensor, go with OE. Don't even get OEM, get an actual BMW sensor. M3forum has a thread dedicated to these sensors and the general consensus was only OE was consistently good quality. Most parts, it doesn't matter, but on this one, it really does.This is my Unbuild Journal and why we need an oil thread
