I take back everything bad I said about Colorado. The Rockies were some of the best roads I've driven on in my entire life. They rival the canyons in SoCal it's really difficult to say which is better. I will definitely return to Denver at some point.

Really not much to say at this point. Utah was pretty uneventful. We stopped in Salt Lake City but nothing too impressive, though the salt flats were interesting to look at. Nevada was the same for the most part. It was very pretty to see the sun setting and going under the vast mountain ranges in the desert. Driving through the desert at night for hours and hours was nerve-racking and I had to switch to avoid falling asleep behind the wheel. Lake Tahoe had some great roads entering California, but I was too afraid to push them hard as it was around 12 am at this point. Didn't get any pictures but will definitely be vacationing up there in the future anyways.

I can't believe we made it, and in only three days. So many people tried to convince me not to go, that "that old car will definitely leave you stranded", and so much more BS. But I completed the roadtrip of a lifetime in my dream car and I can't be happier that I did it. Many more adventures to come as I hit the streets of California

I will do one last update to this thread today or tomorrow. Showing all the casualties from the trip (bug genocide), and finally getting the M3 and M6 in the same picture. Thanks everyone for following the journey.

Glad to hear you made it! Sometime you should go back and see some more of Utah, Nevada, and eastern CA. There's so much cool stuff, it's impossible to see it all in one trip, let alone over just 3 days. Now just try to not get murdered in Sac lol

Congrats on the move! I've been in VA for pretty much my entire life too, last year I visited SoCal for the first time. Ever since then I've been itching to make the same move as you. Shout out remote work lol

Definitely try it out if you can. It's not a forever home I don't think, but 100% something I want to experience for a while.
