Curious to see how this goes, least desirable spec, very little as far as records listed. Superficial but noticeable rust on underside pieces.

Side note to anyone trying to sell a car. When you’re taking pictures of the underside, make sure the floor under the lift isn’t yellow or brown. The light makes everything look rusty.

Easy answer is…he spent $120-130k on an e46 M3 and realized that he spent $120-130k on an e46 M3 once he took delivery of it…like most people, had a wtf moment and thought to himself, I can replicate this easily for $40k with a REALLLY nice sub 100k example and not worry about it

The guy who had all the work done was a member here. The new owners stripped the CSL airbox, BBS, and other stuff and sold them, then slapped on the SC. Truth is it would be tough to build for that price if you aren't a DIYer, even its current form, plus the car was very well done, so all in all, not surprised.

I liked it better in it's previous form. I was going to bid on it last time it was on BAT but thought it would go for higher than what it did.

edit: went back and checked and I actually did bid 43.5k on it

That's pretty odd. Probably the lowest mileage broken tab ever or EAG replaces them on every car.

I can't believe he sold his car. Actually after remembering his initial posts and weak flexing, I can totally see him selling the car.

When you buy such a low mileage example, you're either parking it or you're a real enthusiast and will drive it. Didn't make sense after all of his mods that he would just sell it, I thought he'd at least hit double digits on the odo.
