    Trouble Removing Fan Shroud

I am following this guide, but they just say pull it out. It seems like I would have to remove the upper radiator hose.

You have to remove the upper hose OR cut the individual shroud piece to get that out of the way first. Once that's gone, you can then remove the square rad shroud whether the hose is there or not (easier with the hose gone, ofc).

Managed to get it out without removing the radiator hose.

Looks like FCPEuro sent me a belt that was 8 rib and too short so just reused the old belt which didn't look too bad. It was the A/C belt that was cracked anyways

You can definitely get the main shroud off without removing the upper hose and just leave the piece surrounding the upper hose hanging off the hose.

Cut it as Tyler suggested, it’s so much easier to remove when you need it out of the way.

I notched mine out then made a template out of cardboard. Got a sheet of 1/8” black ABS and cut a piece to put back in place with SS screws. Works great…
