Just wish it had been able to have the blued tips...( go well with mystic blue )
I think it's best to run a catless setup with the Scorza otherwise you'll hear a droney/hollow tone through the exhaust.

Here is how the Scorza sounds, in real life.
Schrick 288/280 cams, Karbonius airbox, CSL OEM flap, SSV1, SSV1 200 cell cats, OEM sec 2, Scorza exhaust

        Scorza

        CF airbox

        Both

Throwing my video into the ring.
          3rd to 4th shift.

Only a RE rasp pipe on this car, no other exhaust/intake/engine mods

The hangers and the tips. Piping and body look pretty identical to me. I have both.

Does the exhaust drown out the airbox? That’s my only fear is losing the glorious induction noise.

You only hear the exhaust under 3k rpm... once you get on it (at all), the airbox is the only thing you hear. That's the reason I went with the Scorza.

Good to know. That was my primary concern and now I might be looking to switch away from the SS street

I'll say that's catted. I have same setup, but catless and no resonators and it does, unfortunately, just outdo the airbox. I'm looking to add cats/resonators or I'll go to a quieter muffler when I've tired of the setup.

Yes, my set up is catted. I just assume everyone is catted because of emissions. Without cats, 95% of all exhausts will overtake the airbox.

How does the sound compare? How about the overall "quality?"

I have read nothing but good things about the Oakville version, but I have been curious about how the SGT version really compares.

                            Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

SGT stuff is junk. Sound seems basically the same, hard to pinpoint any difference. SGT gives you ability to adjust tips, but now, I think it's more of an excuse for the factory to manufacture the mufflers to worse tolerances and SGT can tell you "just adjust the tips."

This is good to know. Once things get a bit more normal I am going to want to add a carbon intake as well as (probably) the Scorza. And yes, I will be catted.
