    Front Bumper Cover

Had a significant collision on the track recently, and I've been searching for an aftermarket front bumper cover for my M3 but struggling to find one. It's tough to justify a new OEM which after shipping is about $1000. It would surely get beat up after the first return race day. I have seen some used ones for what seems ridiculous considering a new one is only a couple more hundred dollars so kind of gave up on that.
    Has anyone found a supplier?

Get an oem from fcp euro and take advantage of their lifetime replacements when it gets damaged again

Can you return a bumper that was wrecked in a crash?

Where are you located? I will give you a smoking deal on my used one if you come get it. I am in NC.

If new is what you want, order it through your most local BMW dealer and do not have them ship it to you. Go pick it up from their parts department. Be cordial, but ask them to price match against getBMWparts or someone else. They likely will want to make the sale.

Edit: mine is for a carbon carrier car, not the aluminum version. It will need some plastic welding or epoxy to hold the inner foam steucture in place - the frame that holds one of the ball-and-socket mounts is starting to separate from one of the 4 mounting points. You could probably also epoxy it with the right glue. For a race car, this bumper cover would be perfect.

I can attest to this. Getbmwparts had a brand new euro bumper for $647 before taxes and shipping during Black Friday. I took too long to order and it ended up being close to $950 when all was said and done.

I reached out to my local dealer parts manager and had sent him the quote of $650 or so. He got it down to $750, and when asked if he could price match he said he doubted the price I sent him included taxes and shipping, but he then managed to get it all in for $700. Pretty great service imo.

I will be selling my aluminum front bumper and aluminum front carrier if you’re in need of it. Bumper is currently LSB, has a good bit of rock chips and a sizable chunk of paint missing from someone backing into it a few months back. But, if it’s for a track car, I don’t think you’re too worried about the cosmetics, more so the structural integrity of the bumper, which is fine all things considered.

I’m located about 30 minutes north of Atlanta, not sure where you are but I too would be willing to sell my old set up for a very reasonable price.

Dealer is probably the best way to get a bumper these days if they’ll price match or get close because they’ll ship it for super cheap when everyone else will charge hundreds.

It would be nice for whoever gets a euro or current bumper the cheapest to share their invoice so the forum can then use it get a similar deal. Just redact your name, info, invoice, CC # so forth.when scanning to attach.

I was going back and forth between the CSL front bumper through Alsatek or the OEM (Euro) front bumper. I opted for OEM after seeing the price and then the wait time for the Alsatek bumper, not to mention I plan on driving this car once it's all completed so any damage to the CSL and I'm going to be sad faced.

When I was looking around July '22 the bumper was ~$660 through ECS, but the shipping was ~$350+, so I never did order it as it kept coming out to $1100-$1200 after all said and done. I then checked with my local BMW dealer, they were quoting ~$700 for the front bumper but still wanted to charge shipping, so it didn't make sense as the price came out to $1100+.

I decided to wait until Black Friday and although the price on the front bumper went up through ECS, the price for shipping weirdly went down to under $100. I tried to add the free ECS shirt through their promotion but when I added the free shirt, it bumped shipping for the bumper went up to over $250+ again. As a matter of fact, if I added ANYTHING else to the cart, it bumped shipping up past $250, so I left it as is an ordered it solo. Should be shipping out shortly, please see attached for total price to California.

I paid about $700 for a new OE bumper. I picked it up.

$591 in early 2022. Picked it up from the dealer.

thanks this is great feedback. Shipping is now 2-300 so if a dealer is close to online price then that's the route for me to take, which is to just go pick it up.
Casa de Mesa : thanks but I'm in AZ and shipping would probably be prohibitive but haven't found a local used one for much less than new.
I found this online company in CA called ABS autobody and they had a $350 one but I'm thinking they miscategorized it because that seems like the price other retailers are charging for the M3 style bumper for other models. I've sent them a message to verify.
