To those that were able to return their damaged item, how were you able to get the order number? Mine shipped with no invoice and was on the phone with their customer service for an hour. Thanks in advance.

Seems like the original CSL design has a dip towards the rear of the box which would provide clearance for the cabin filter housing.

Assuming my install is proper, either: 1. everyone will experience these fitment issues (which, for the strut brace, seems possibly true so far as evidenced by the fatboys video) and haven't noticed because they haven't taken off the cabin filter after install yet, 2. my box is somehow out of spec, or, 3. I've somehow got some weird twisty frame damage that I haven't been aware of until now?

In the video, it looks like their strut bar doesn't clear either and they had to use washers. But I worry that the washers would sacrifice the structural integrity of the bar.. am I overthinking that?
The box rubbing on the cabin air filter housing is a much bigger concern, though. Left a pretty nasty blemish on mine, and I'm convinced that it would wear through the CF if I left it :/

I thought I had the strut brace issue as well but after securing the bottom bracket while pushing down on the box, i have enough clearance (4mm) for the brace. In any case, i'll take mine apart as well.

Or call Turner tomorrow... seems like you shouldn't have to fuck around with hack solutions after spending $1500+ on their product.

Just get a DMG strut bar. He’s currently working on this issue. Lol

Look at the bright side -- it is bigger, so might flow better ;-)
Take a picture would you? How much it needs to be lowered to clear?
something like these with a proper length instead of original standoffs? https://www.amazon.com/Rubber-Absorb...NsaWNrPXRydWU=Last edited by rbg; 06-14-2020, 06:57 PM.

Bad news: I'm getting some not so great fitment issues.
1. I finally fitted an OE front strut bar that I picked up a few months ago. The bar very, very barely clears the unfiltered section of the box, but when driving things move/flex enough that they touch.
2. Took my cabin filter tray out to find that it also has been touching the box at the back, and in my case, the vibration of the box against the tray has worn through the clear coat making a very large blemish.
Has nobody else encountered these issues? Wondering if I've somehow installed the box incorrectly, but, I don't see how I could have. The throttle body boots are fully seated and the bottom of the box is mounted to the bracket underneath...
